Leased 5,900 square feet to Alabama Outdoors, a regional clothing and outdoor accessory retailer. The lease term was 7 years and allowed for options.
Negotiated a 5 year renewal with Gamestop on behalf of Midtown Plaza, LLC to remain in the Outparcel build to suit on one of the Midtown Plaza frontage parcels. The tenant leased 1600 square feet of space.
Renewed a 5 year term with Sally Beauty Salons who occupy 1600 square feet of space in the Midtown Plaza Shopping Center, on behalf of landlord.
Radio Shack negotiated a 5 year renewal through David McClinton to extend their term in the Midtown Plaza Shopping Center, occupying 2,400 square feet.
Represented the landlord in an extension of the Verizon Wireless lease in the Midtown Plaza Shopping Center. Verizon anchors an Outparcel build to suit and occupies 5,000 square feet in the Center.
Negotiated a 5 year renewal with Dollar Tree in the Hillcrest Center in Millbrook, Alabama on behalf of the landlord. Dollar Tree renewed on a space occupying 10,000 square feet in the Shopping Center.
Leased EZ Money 1,400 square feet in a 3 year renewal at Midtown Plaza on behalf of Midtown Plaza, LLC.
