Renewed of a lease with extended term with China Town in Millbrook, Alabama. The restaurant space occupied 2000 square feet in the shopping center and the renewal involved a change of ownership with improved terms.
Negotiated on behalf of Premiere Place, LLC to renew a 5 year deal with Sally Beauty Company to remain in 1600 square feet in the Shopping Center.
Represented the landlord in a renewal extension with Cuts by Us to remain in the Premiere Place Shopping Center in 1600 square feet.
Negotiated a 7 year renewal with General Nutrition Corp to extend their term in the Premiere Place Shopping Center occupying 1,750 square feet of space in the development.
Represented the landlord in an extension lease with Michael's Arts & Crafts in more than 21,000 square feet in the Premiere Place Shopping Center.
