Arranged the sale of Montgomery Commons, LLC on behalf of Decatur Commons, LLC. The project included Publix as anchor tenant who generated more than $600 per square foot in sales. The transaction totaled more than $12,500,000.00 and was instrumental in the landlords increased capital strategy.
Negotiated the renewal lease with Hour Glass Optical in Prattville, Alabama on behalf of the landlord. The lease occupies 1700 square feet in the Shopping Center and the extension term spans 5 years.
Represented Premiere Place, LLC in the renewal lease with Rue 21, a national clothing and apparel chain, who occupies 4,600 square feet in the Shopping Center and signed a 5 year lease term.
Leased 1600 square feet to Wingers Sports Grill in the Festival Plaza Shopping Center in Montgomery, Alabama. David McClinton represented the landlord in the 5 year transaction.
Leased 1600 square feet to Bloom, an apparel boutique, on behalf of Festival Plaza, LLC. The lease term was 3 years and brought a new business to Montgomery in the Festival Plaza Shopping Center.
Negotiated the lease extension and size increase of the Capital City Comic Shop, a 2,000 square foot user in the Festival Plaza development. The lease term is 5 additional years.
Leased 3,803 square feet to Priscilla Ball and the Alabama River Region Ballet. The company leased space for 5 years in the Festival Plaza project and offers a new use bringing high traffic of women and children to the successful ballet academy.
Sold 4080 sf Office Building to Alabama Association of General Contractors for new Montgomery Headquarters
